About the Role
We are looking for an experienced AI + BI Analyst to join the BI Platforms & Analytics Products team. The team manages and enhances the global analytics and reporting ecosystem supporting over 3,500 users across 30+ countries.
The role is primarily focused on Business Intelligence development, analytics reporting, SQL development, and modernization of reporting platforms. The candidate will work on SAP BusinessObjects, Tableau, Power BI, Snowflake, and Microsoft Fabric while leveraging AI tools such as Claude AI, ChatGPT, and GitHub Copilot to improve development productivity and accelerate BI transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Business Intelligence Development
Design, develop, and maintain SAP BusinessObjects Web Intelligence reports and Universes.
Develop interactive dashboards and reporting solutions using Tableau and Power BI.
Support enterprise reporting and analytics requirements across global business functions.
Perform report enhancements, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.




SQL Development & Data Analysis
Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries in Snowflake and SAP HANA.
Perform data validation, reconciliation, and integrity checks.
Support data analysis and reporting requirements through efficient query development.
Troubleshoot data-related issues and improve report performance.
AI-Assisted Development
Utilize AI tools such as Claude AI, Claude Code, ChatGPT, and GitHub Copilot to accelerate BI and SQL development.
Assist in converting existing SAP BO logic and reporting assets into Snowflake-native SQL solutions.
Review, validate, and optimize AI-generated code and SQL scripts.
Support Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations and AI-enabled reporting initiatives.
Microsoft Fabric & Up-to-date Data Platforms
Support Microsoft Fabric components including Lakehouse, Dataflows, Pipelines, Notebooks, and Power Automate.
Participate in cloud-based analytics and reporting
