About the Role
We are looking for a relentless, sharp, and aggressive Deputy Sales Manager who lives and breathes revenue. If you are obsessed with hitting targets, scaling high-ticket sales processes, and driving team performance over phone and Zoom calls, this role is for you.
In this role, you will be on the front lines—owning both your individual quota and managing a high-output team. You will lead by example, closing high-ARPU (Average Revenue Per User) EdTech solutions, optimizing consultative sales pitches, and turning leads into high-margin revenue.

Key Responsibilities
Drive Revenue & Target Ownership: Own and consistently exceed both individual and team revenue targets through high-volume,



consultative Tele and Zoom sales.
Team Leadership & Coaching: Manage, coach, and motivate a team of sales executives. Conduct regular call reviews, pitch audits, and closing interventions to maximize conversion rates.
High-Ticket Closing: Step in to close complex, high-ARPU deals, turning hesitant prospects into high-value enrollments/clients.
Sales Operations & Metrics: Monitor key metrics (call-to-demo ratios, demo-to-close rates, deal sizes, ARPU) to identify bottlenecks and optimize team performance daily.
Process Discipline: Ensure high CRM hygiene, accurate pipeline forecasting, and strict adherence to follow-up cycles across the team.

What We Are Looking For
EdTech Sales Background: Minimum 3+ years of experience in direct/inside sales within the Educational Technology or premium consumer services sector.
High-ARPU Expertise: Proven track record of selling premium, high-ticket courses, programs, or solut
