Role Mandate
Build, scale, and institutionalize the Corporate Mobility Solutions (ETS)
business as a national vertical
Transition from a fragmented, relationship-led business to a structured,
scalable growth engine
Deliver ~14x growth in 4 years with strong governance, profitability discipline,
and execution rigor
Act as a business builder (0→1 and 1→10) and not just an operatorCandidate Profile
Experience
20+ years in mobility / logistics / fleet / transport / B2B services
Experience in scaling businesses across multiple cities/geographies
Strong exposure to enterprise sales + operations management
MNC / structured organization background preferred

Proven business builder (not just operator)
Solid commercial acumen and P&L; ownership mindset
Ability to work as a hands-on Individual Contributor initially and scale into
leadership
