Sales Executive – Franchise Sales

Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Timings: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Role Overview:
We are looking for a confident and motivated Sales Executive to join our Franchise Sales team. The role involves speaking with potential franchise investors, understanding their requirements, explaining the Hair Masters franchise opportunity, and guiding them through the sales process to convert qualified leads into franchise partners.

Key Responsibilities:

* Connect with potential franchise leads through calls.
* Explain the Hair Masters franchise model and investment details.
* Build relationships with prospects and address their queries.
* Follow up with interested leads and work towards conversions.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

Skills Required:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
* Confidence in handling calls and objections.
* Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
* Basic computer knowledge and a positive, target-oriented attitude.

Salary package : 25-35k/month
