Project Locations: Across multiple states (UP, Bihar, MP, North East, J&K;, etc.)
Job Summary
The Site Executive will support new retail store launches by coordinating site -level activities, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely, cost -effective, and quality execution of projects. This role involves extensive travel based on project requirements.
Food, lodging, and travel expenses will be reimbursed as per the company’s reimbursement policy.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end -to -end activities for current store setup and final handover.
- Manage and follow up with vendors and contractors for civil, electrical, branding, fixtures, and fittings work.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and timelines.
- Track work status and share periodic updates with the Project Manager.
- Ensure compliance with company brand standards, quality norms, and safety guidelines.
- Support procurement, material movement, logistics, and local approvals as required.
- Assist in resolving on -site issues to avoid project delays.
Requirements
Requirements
- ITI / Diploma in Civil or a related field (preferred).
- 0–4 years of experience in site coordination, retail projects, or construction support roles.
- Freshers with relevant technical qualifications may also apply.
- Willingness to travel extensively across project locations.
