We are seeking a skilled Site Engineer with 3 years of experience to manage and supervise on -site construction activities. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring project execution as per drawings, quality standards, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily site execution and construction activities
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors
- Monitor material usage, manpower, and site productivity
- Ensure quality control and site safety compliance
- Take site measurements and support billing activities
- Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports
- Resolve technical issues at site
Requirements
- Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- 1–5 years experience in interior/residential/commercial execution (turnkey preferred)
- Able to read drawings with basic AutoCAD knowledge
- Valuable communication, coordination, and time management skills
- Detail -oriented, execution -focused, and team -oriented professional
