Requirements

Skills:


- ServiceNow ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Orchestration)

- CMDB best practices and data modeling

- MID Server deployment and troubleshooting

- Flow Designer / Workflow / Automation Engine

- IntegrationHub and API integrations

- Scripted REST APIs, JavaScript, GlideRecord

- Additional Technical Skills:

- Windows/Linux server knowledge

- Network fundamentals (TCP/IP, SNMP, ports/services)

- Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) integration experience

- PowerShell, Python or shell scripting (for orchestration)

- Software licensing concepts (SPLA, SaaS, etc.)








Soft Skills & Business Knowledge:

- Robust analytical and troubleshooting skills

- Communication with technical and non -technical stakeholders

- Documentation and process mapping

- Project management basics (Agile/Scrum experience is a plus)

- ITIL v3/v4 knowledge or certification (especially for CMDB and service lifecycle)



Preferred Certifications:

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator

- ServiceNow ITAM Fundamentals / ITOM Specialist

- ITIL Foundation

- ServiceNow Discovery Fundamentals / CMDB Fundamentals
