- Ensure Contractor selection and alignment adequately addresses HSE.

- Evaluate of Contractor’s HSE qualifications.

- Form a Site HSE Committee.

- Perform site HSE orientations, training, and education.

- Communicate hazardous material information to the project team.

- review potentially hazardous materials

- Ensure site environmental issues are addressed.

- Implement the emergency response and incident investigation plan.

- Report and investigate hazards and incidents.

- Ensure HSE -related employee programs are implemented.

- Substance Abuse Prevention Program

- Perform HSE audits and inspections.

- Maintain site HSE records.


Requirements
- Technical Qualification - Advance Diploma in Industrial Safety (ADIS).





- Experience - 5 -8 Years in High rise Building & Civil Construction.
