Job Summary


We are looking for an experienced Senior Quadient Inspire Developer with strong expertise in Customer Communications Management (CCM) solutions. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting enterprise -scale customer communication solutions across print, email, archive, and digital channels using Quadient Inspire.

Key Responsibilities


- Design and develop customer communication solutions using Quadient Inspire.

- Create and maintain templates, workflows, layouts, business rules, and data mappings.

- Deliver high -volume batch and on -demand document generation solutions.

- Ensure communication accuracy, compliance, and performance standards.

- Integrate Quadient solutions with enterprise applications and document repositories.

- Perform impact analysis, troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis.

- Support application upgrades, migrations, and enhancement initiatives.

- Leverage AI tools such as Claude for documentation, testing, code assistance,



and productivity improvements.

- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior team members.

- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and operations teams throughout the project lifecycle.


Required Skills

- Strong hands -on experience with Quadient Inspire Designer and Inspire Interactive.

- Expertise in Customer Communications Management (CCM).

- Experience with template development, document composition, workflows, and business rules.

- Strong understanding of print, email, archive, and digital communication channels.

- Experience supporting high -volume document processing environments.

- Robust debugging, production support, and troubleshooting skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.


Preferred Skills

- Experience with AI tools such as Claude.

- Quadient migration and upgrade experience.

- Exposure to Agile methodologies.

- Banking, Insurance, Telecom, or Utilities domain experience.
