Role and Responsibities -
- CMMI Level 3/Level 5 Implementation: Lead and support the implementation of CMMI processes and standards across various business units,
ensuring the smooth transition and sustainability of these practices
- Process Definition & Implementation: Collaborate with cross functional teams to define, develop, and implement optimized processes that align with industry best practices.
- Consulting Delivery Teams: Provide expert guidance to consulting delivery teams on process -related matters, ensuring processes are followed and deliverables are met to the highest standards.
- Internal Audits: Conduct regular internal audits to evaluate process adherence and identify opportunities for improvement. Provide actionable insights to leadership based on audit findings.
- Metrics Management: Develop and implement strategies for tracking, analyzing, and reporting key performance metrics to drive business insights and improvement.
- Training & Mentoring: Train internal teams on process improvement methodologies, CMMI practices, and quality management, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
