Maintain accurate customer records and update the lead pipeline daily. Focus on high-quality customer interactions rather than chasing forced numbers.

Candidate Requirements: Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Any Graduate.

Experience:



Freshers are welcome!

Prior

Telecalling, BPO, or Telesales experience is a big plus.

Skills: Strong verbal communication, active listening, and a confident telephone voice.

Languages: Fluency in English and Hindi (Knowledge of regional languages like Kannada, Tamil, or Telugu is a bonus).
