As a Telecaller, you will be the voice of our brand, helping customers find the best financial products (Loans, Credit Cards, Insurance) from our 100+ banking partners. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain Kankoni Finsol’s premium financial offerings. Understand customer needs and suggest the best loan, insurance, or credit card options. Guide customers through the initial eligibility check (using our instant AI eligibility tools). Maintain a polite, professional, and helpful tone with every customer. Update call details and lead status accurately in the company CRM.
Requirements: Education: 12th Pass or Graduate.
Experience: Freshers are welcome! (0-2 years of BPO/Telecalling experience preferred).
Language Skills:
Fluent in English and regional languages (Hindi/Kannada/Telugu/Tamil is a plus).
Skills: Good communication skills, confident phone etiquette, and basic computer knowledge.
