Role: Telecaller Executive Experience: 0.6 Months - 2 Years Roles & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services

Handle inbound customer queries in a professional manner

Generate and qualify leads through calls

Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow-ups

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets

Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion

Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and offers

Resolve basic customer issues or escalate when required Required Skills Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English

Strong convincing and negotiation skills

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/CRM tools)

Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude

Valuable listening and interpersonal skills CTC: As per the company norms.
