Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products/services.

Handle inbound customer calls and provide proper information.

schedule appointments for the sales team.

Follow up with customers through calls and maintain customer relationships.

Update customer details,

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.

Collect customer feedback and share reports with the team leader.

Positive communication skills (Malayalam ).

Confident and polite phone conversation ability

Ability to handle customer queries and objections.

Pay: From ₹5,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Thalassery, Kerala
