Role Description The Telecaller role at DreamWorth Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in Vile Parle. The Telecaller will make outbound and receive inbound calls to prospective and existing clients, provide information about the company’s services, and clarify client requirements.

Daily tasks include maintaining call logs, updating CRM or internal databases, following up on leads, and coordinating with the sales and technical teams to schedule meetings or demos.



The role also involves handling basic queries, providing courteous customer support, and sharing feedback from clients to help improve services and communication strategies. Telecallers are expected to meet call volume and conversion targets while adhering to established call scripts and quality standards.

Qualifications

Strong verbal communication skills in English and local languages, with clear and polite telephone etiquette.

Ability to build rapport quickly, listen actively, and handle objections in a professional manner.

Basic understanding of IT and digital services (web development, SEO, online marketing, mobile apps) or willingness to learn.

Comfort with using computers, CRM tools, and maintaining accurate call records and reports.

Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.

Organizational skills, attention to detail, and capability to work in a target-driven environment.

High level of reliability, punctuality, and ability to collaborate with sales and operations teams.

Minimum educational qualification: Higher Secondary (12th) or equivalent; a graduate degree is an advantage.
