The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our products and services, generating leads, and maintaining good customer relationships. Roles & Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain company products and services in a qualified manner.
- Generate and follow up on leads.
- Handle customer enquiries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain daily call records and update customer details.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team when required.
- Maintain professional communication with customers.
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Degree / Diploma.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication skills in Tamil.
- Basic English communication is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
