Role Description This is a full time, on-site TeleCaller role based in Noida. The TeleCaller will handle outbound and inbound calls to connect with potential and existing clients, share information about hearing care services and hearing aids, and schedule clinic appointments.

The role includes maintaining call records, updating client details in the system, and following up on inquiries and leads. The TeleCaller will provide courteous, clear communication, address basic questions,



and escalate complex issues to clinical or administrative staff as needed. The position involves working closely with the clinic team to support client engagement and ensure timely visit and service reminders.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and telephone etiquette skills, including clear spoken English and local language proficiency.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to work with call logs, spreadsheets, and clinic management software.
- Customer service skills with a patient, empathetic approach to individuals with hearing concerns.
- Ability to follow scripts, handle objections, and manage both outbound and inbound calls effectively.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for accurate data entry and appointment scheduling.
- Prior experience in telecalling, front desk, or customer support roles is preferred.
- Comfort working in a healthcare or clinic environment and collaborating with clinical staff.
- Minimum high school diploma; a higher qualification in any discipline is an advantage.
