Tele Business Development Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Tele Business Development Executive to join our team in Salt Lake, Sector V, Kolkata . If you have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and experience in outbound telesales, we'd love to hear from you.

Job Details

- Location: Salt Lake, Sector V, Kolkata
- Experience: 1–2 years in Telesales
- Qualification: 12th Pass & Above
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 (In-Hand), based on experience, communication skills, and last drawn salary
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Weekly Off: Sunday
- Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Pitch company products/services effectively and convert leads into customers.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Handle objections confidently and close sales.




- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali .
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.
