1. Get fee confirmation from the landlord/ realty developers on email and facilitate manual signing if necessary. Follow the process
2. Maintain relationship with landlords / developers
3. Prepare viewing schedule based on the consultant requirements
4. To check with landlords/ developers and update availability of properties on regular basis and confirm details like rent, maintenance and amenities of the properties
5. Manage photos of the property in the drive and maintain quality of the same
6. Submit weekly / monthly report of the properties thats been added to the system
