Role Description The Tele-Recruiter is a full-time, on-site role based in Vijayawada East. This position is responsible for sourcing and screening candidates over the phone, explaining job requirements, and scheduling interviews with hiring teams.

Daily activities include managing candidate databases, following up on applications, coordinating interview logistics, and maintaining accurate recruitment records. The Tele-Recruiter will also interact with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, provide status updates, and support a smooth candidate experience. The role requires consistent phone outreach, skilled communication,



and adherence to company policies and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

- Strong telephone communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and convey information clearly.
- Basic recruitment and talent sourcing skills, including screening candidates, matching profiles to job requirements, and scheduling interviews.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools and applicant tracking or CRM systems, and the ability to maintain organized records.
- Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in tele-calling, customer service, or recruitment is preferred, ideally within healthcare or service industries.
- Ability to work on-site in Vijayawada East, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and uphold confidentiality and ethical standards.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is beneficial.
- Comfort with working full-time office hours and meeting defined performance and quality targets.
