- Make large volumes of outbound cold or warm calls using provided phone lists.

- Pitch product and service features clearly using structured scripts.

- Qualify leads by identifying customer needs and budget.

- Schedule sales appointments or transfer prospects to senior closers.

- Record customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM database.

- Handle customer objections or rejections with a professional, resilient attitude. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]

Required Skills & Qualifications

- High school diploma or a bachelor's degree in business or marketing.

- Solid verbal communication and active listening skills.

- Patience, persistence, and a goal-oriented mindset.

- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software.

- Prior experience in telesales, retail, or customer service. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
