Job Title: Telecaller / Student Counsellor

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller to connect with prospective students, explain our study abroad services, qualify leads, schedule counselling sessions, and maintain strong follow-ups to convert inquiries into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective students from the provided database.
- Handle inbound inquiries professionally and answer student queries.
- Explain study abroad programs, universities, scholarships, visas, and education loan services.
- Qualify leads based on eligibility and interest.
- Schedule counselling appointments with the Study Abroad Consultants.
- Follow up regularly with students through calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email.
- Update student information and call outcomes in the CRM.
- Maintain daily call logs and activity reports.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the counselling and admissions teams for smooth student onboarding.




- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective students and parents. ()

Required Skills

- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Good listening and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM software.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Eligibility

- Minimum Qualification: Intermediate (12th Pass); Graduate preferred.
- Experience in Telecalling, Customer Service, Sales, or Study Abroad Counselling is an added advantage.

Salary & Perks

- Fixed Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month
