Key Responsibilities
- Call candidates from the company's database.
- Explain job opportunities and assess candidate interest.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with the recruitment team.
- Maintain accurate call records and follow-up status.
- Achieve daily calling and interview scheduling targets.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Naukri portal knowledge is not mandatory as the role is primarily focused on tele-calling.
Eligibility
- Male & Female candidates can apply.
- Fluency in Tamil and Kannada is mandatory.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Prior tele-calling or recruitment experience is preferred.
