Job Title: Telecaller Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making and receiving calls, explaining products or services, generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

- Attend inbound customer inquiries professionally.

- Generate and qualify leads.

- Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.

- Schedule appointments for the sales team when required.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or Excel.

- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and targets.





- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi, and the local language (preferred).

- Good listening and convincing skills.

- Robust customer service orientation.

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM software).

- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

- Positive attitude and professional telephone etiquette.

- Good time management and organizational skills.

Qualification

- Minimum: 12th Pass or Graduate in any discipline.

- Freshers are welcome.

Pay: ₹8,627.08 - ₹15,000.00 per month
