Title: Telecaller/ Tele sales/ BDE

Location: Porur, Chennai

Time: 9.30am to 6pm

We are looking for a Tele-caller who is responsible for contacting potential and existing customers via phone to generate leads, promote products or services, and support sales activities while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided databases
- Handle inbound customer calls and respond to inquiries
- Explain company products/services clearly and professionally
- Generate and qualify sales leads for the sales team
- Need to convert the qualified leads, Daily reports has to be shared with team lead
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and lead status in the CRM or database.

Qualifications & Experience:





- Graduate - UG
- 6months - 2 years of experience in tele-calling, telesales, or customer support
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and the local language.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, dialing systems)
- Customer-focused and positive attitude
