We are seeking a confident and energetic Tele caller with previous experience in customer interaction, lead follow-up, or tele sales for our Digital Marketing Institute in Kochi, Kerala.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to engage students and enquiries professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential students and follow up on inquiries
- Provide accurate information about our course and services
- Maintain call records and update the regularly
- Follow up with prospects to convert leads into customers
- Handle customer questions, address concerns, and provide guidance
- Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets
Requirements
- Previous experience of tele calling or customer service experience
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle calls confidently and professionally
- Basic computer skills ( MS Office )
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment
Performance Expectation: The main goal of this role is to convert leads. Positive communication and regular follow-ups are essential to achieve this.
During the probation period, your performance will be evaluated based on your communication skills, follow-up efforts, and most importantly, your ability to convert leads. If the required performance is not met, your employment may be discontinued.
Work Mode:
Remote work may be considered based on the candidate's skills, experience, and ability to work independently. Occasional visits to the office may be required for training, team meetings, or other work-related activities.
