Experience

- 02 Years Experience
- Experienced candidates are encouraged to apply

Qualification Intermediate / Diploma / Any Graduate

Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, English

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Explain PRNV Services' products and services clearly.
- Answer customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Follow up with potential customers and existing clients.
- Convert inquiries into successful leads and appointments.
- Maintain customer records in CRM or Excel.
- Coordinate with internal departments for quick issue resolution.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Achieve daily,



weekly, and monthly callings.
- Maintain qualified communication and follow company guidelines.
