- Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Generate quality leads and convert them into sales.
- Explain products and services to customers effectively.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Handle customer queries and provide suitable solutions.
- Follow up with potential customers and close sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

- Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1–2 years of Sales/Telesales experience
- 12th Pass or Above
- Excellent verbal communication skills in:

- English

- Hindi

- Bengali
- Strong telesales, convincing, and negotiation skills.
- Candidates with any sales background and excellent English communication are also encouraged to apply.
