Job Title: SAP FICO Manager

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Manager to lead our Application Management Services (AMS) delivery for global clients. In this role, you will manage cross-functional support teams, lead L2/L3 incident resolution, and drive business process improvements. The ideal candidate brings a blend of deep SAP FICO technical knowledge, strong ITIL/ITSM operational expertise, and proven global stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- AMS Delivery Leadership: Drive day-to-day L2/L3 application support operations, managing incidents, service requests, defect resolution, change requests, and system enhancements.
- Incident & Outage Management: Lead the resolution of complex system outages and technical issues; conduct root-cause analysis to ensure high system availability and minimal business disruption.
- Team Guidance & Mentorship: Direct and inspire cross-functional functional and technical consultants (onsite/offshore model), fostering continuous learning and best practice adoption.
- Stakeholder & Client Management: Work directly with global business stakeholders to gather requirements, assess operational needs, and deliver efficient SAP FICO solutions.
- Documentation & Governance: Maintain solution blueprints, configuration guides, functional specifications,



and test scripts in line with ITIL/ITSM and ALM frameworks.
- Process Automation: Identify operational bottlenecks and implement SAP best practices, automation, and continuous process improvements.

Key Requirements (Must-Haves)

- Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: 1014 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO, with a focus on global client delivery.
- ITSM / ITIL Expertise: Strong understanding of ITIL methodologies, incident lifecycle management, and defect resolution.
- Global Team & Client Management: Demonstrated success managing cross-functional teams and regional stakeholders across multiple geographies in an onshore/offshore setup.
- Operational Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible schedule/shifts to align with global business coverage (Australia, Asia, Europe, Americas) and participate in critical on-call rotations.

Preferred Qualifications
- SME-Level Module Knowledge: Deep expertise across Core FI (G/L, AP, AR, Bank, Asset Accounting) and CO (CCA, PCA, Product Costing, CO-PA, PS, Month-End/Year-End Close).
- Cross-Module Integrations: Solid knowledge of FICO integration touchpoints with MM, SD, HR, PP, and PM.
- Certification: Official SAP FICO Certification is highly desirable.
