Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures.

Solid knowledge of network protocols, hardware, and software components.

Experience in incident and problem management within complex IT environments.

Ability to create and manage Requests for Change effectively.

Skilled in collaborating with vendors and cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.

Familiarity with maintaining and updating technical documentation and knowledge bases.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Network Infrastructures.

This position is based at our Gurugram office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
