Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Coordinate with vendors and service management teams to facilitate issue resolution.

Oversee the implementation of Requests for Change and ensure minimal disruption to operations.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Vmware Virtualization Administration.

Experience in managing virtual environments, including deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of virtual machines.

Strong knowledge of virtualization infrastructure components and their integration with physical hardware.

Ability to monitor system performance and implement optimization strategies to ensure high availability.

Familiarity with backup and recovery processes within virtualized environments.

Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues efficiently.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Vmware Virtualization Administration.

This position is based at our Gurugram office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
