The team Deloitte's Government & Public Services (GPS) practice partners with Central and State Governments to design, implement, and monitor large-scale transformation programs. Our professionals help clients improve governance, strengthen project management, establish monitoring frameworks, and enable data-driven decision-making through technology, analytics, and program management solutions.

Your work profile

- We are looking for an experienced Program Lead / Senior Project Management Expert with 12+ years of experience to lead large-scale government projects.
- The candidate will be responsible for strategic planning, project execution, stakeholder management, governance, and ensuring timely delivery of program objectives.

Key skills required:

- Minimum 12 years of experience in project management, planning,



or execution.
- Strong understanding of program governance and stakeholder management.
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder projects.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, project planning, and reporting tools.

Qualifications

- MBA from a recognized university.
- Preference will be given to candidates with B.Tech. or equivalent degree.

Location and Way of Working:

- Base location: Current Delhi

Consultants for State HQ positions will be based at State Headquarters across the (i) North Zone (Punjab, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Jammu & Kashmir, and Ladakh), (ii) East Zone (Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Bihar, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, Tripura, and West Bengal), and (iii) West Zone (Gujarat).
