Technical Training and Innovation Engineer

Job Location: Saket, Recent Delhi | Frequent Travel Required The role is based at our Saket, New Delhi office. The candidate should be willing to travel across different states in India to conduct teacher training programs, workshops, technical sessions, and project implementation activities at partner schools and innovation centers.

Role Overview

We are looking for a technically skilled and innovation-driven professional with hands-on experience in Robotics, PCB Design, 3D Printing, Drone Technology, CAD, and Digital Fabrication. The candidate will be responsible for conducting technical training, developing innovative STEM projects, supporting educators, and contributing to the development of new products and learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

1. Teacher Training & Technical Workshops

1. Conduct hands-on technical training programs for teachers, educators, and ATL instructors across India.
2. Conduct workshops, technical sessions, and project-based learning programs at partner schools and innovation centers.
3. Develop training content, technical manuals, and workshop resources.
4. Provide on-site technical guidance and post-training support to educators.

2. Innovation & Research

1. Research emerging technologies and identify opportunities to integrate them into Rancho Labs' curriculum and products.
2. Develop innovative STEM projects and educational solutions using modern tools and technologies.
3. Experiment with new ideas, prototypes, and engineering concepts to enhance student learning experiences.




4. Stay updated with advancements in Robotics, AI, IoT, Embedded Systems, Digital Fabrication, and Engineering Design.

3. Technical & Product Development

1. Work on CAD design, PCB development, 3D printing, prototyping, and fabrication projects.
2. Design, assemble, configure, and troubleshoot drones and other technical projects.
3. Work on PCB schematic design, PCB layout, soldering, testing, and debugging.
4. Support rapid prototyping using laser cutting, CNC machining, and digital fabrication techniques.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Hands-on experience with Fusion 360, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, PCB Design, and 3D Printing.
- Experience in Drone Design, Assembly, Configuration, Flight Testing, and Troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of PCB schematic design, layout, soldering, testing, and debugging.
- Knowledge of laser cutting, CNC machining, digital fabrication, and rapid prototyping.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to conduct technical training and workshops.
- Robust problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Passion for innovation, technology, STEM education, and product development.
- Willingness to travel frequently across India for training, workshops, implementation, and technical support.
