- Conduct hands-on coding labs, workshops, and practical assignments.

- Explain programming concepts using real-world examples and live demonstrations.

- Ensure timely completion of the curriculum and learning objectives.

- Develop and update training materials, presentations, coding exercises, and assessments.

- Continuously enhance course content to include the latest Java technologies and frameworks.

- Mentoring

- Provide one-on-one mentoring and technical guidance.

- Support learners in developing industry-ready projects and portfolios.

Placement Support

- Conduct resume-building sessions for technical roles.

- Prepare learners for coding tests, technical interviews, and HR interviews.

- Guide learners on GitHub portfolio development and coding best practices.

- Coordinate with placement teams to improve employability and placement outcomes.

Reporting &

- Documentation

- Maintain attendance, assessment records, and learner progress reports.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

- Track batch completion, certifications, and placement statistics.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
