Role & responsibilities

- Find solutions for hardware and software issues.

- Fix technical problems.

- Diagnose and repair issues.

- Solve network problems.

- Set up hardware and software.

- Talk to customers to understand their problem.

- Provide timely and accurate updates to customers.

- Guide customers through steps to fix their problem.

- Follow up with customers to make sure the problem is solved.

- Replace or fix broken parts.

- Assist with launching current applications.

- Write instructions for customers.

- Manage multiple issues at once.

- Test and evaluate new technology.

- Perform safety checks on equipment.
