Technical Support Engineer | 3+ Years | Bangalore

Hiring for a Technical Support PMS (Yardi) professional to support and troubleshoot Property Management Systems (PMS), resolve production incidents, develop automation utilities, and ensure seamless application performance. Responsibilities:

1. Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to Property Management Systems (Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, Lavanda) within defined SLAs.
2. Collaborate with business users, corporate teams, and vendors to analyze issues and provide timely resolutions.
3. Develop and maintain Knowledge Base Articles (KBAs) for recurring incidents and solutions.
4. Build and troubleshoot ETL pipelines using SQL and API integrations.
5. Develop automation utilities using Python or C# to improve operational efficiency.
6. Design and generate customized reports based on business requirements.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or a related discipline.
2. Minimum 3+ years of experience supporting Property Management Systems such as Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, or Lavanda.
3. Hands-on experience with SQL, ETL development, and database troubleshooting.
4. Strong programming skills in Python or C#.
5.



Understanding of databases, data warehouses, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
