We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance & Payroll Executive to support our growing finance operations and ensure smooth payroll management and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Finance & Accounting
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
Manage day-to-day accounting transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Conduct financial analysis and prepare reports to support business decision-making.
Assist in preparing and filing tax returns and ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations.
Coordinate with internal teams to gather financial information and support departmental requirements.




Assist during internal and external audits and address audit-related queries.
Maintain proper documentation and records for all financial transactions.

Payroll & Compliance
Process monthly payroll accurately, including salary calculations, reimbursements, incentives, and deductions.
Coordinate with the HR team to collect attendance records, leave data, employee perks information, and payroll documentation.
Ensure timely salary disbursement and compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, Professional Tax, TDS, and Labour Laws.
Prepare payroll reports and maintain confidential employee payroll records.
Handle employee payroll-related queries and provide timely resolutions.
Stay updated on payroll regulations, tax laws, statutory compliances, and industry best practices.
