What You'll Do
As a Backend Engineer at SiteRecon, you'll work on building and scaling the core infrastructure that powers our GIS platform for the landscaping industry.



Your work will directly impact how hundreds of landscaping companies measure properties, conduct site assessments, and generate estimates.

Core Responsibilities
Build robust APIs and services that power our web and mobile applications, enabling real-time property mapping, measurement calculations, and site assessment workflows
Develop integrations with industry-leading CRMs and platforms automating data export and synchronization for our customers
Design and optimize data pipeline while handling complex GIS data
Architect systems of huge data scales using event-driven architectures to provide real-time updates and notifications to clients and third-party integrations
Build AI and ML-powered features
Support mobile applications by developing backend services for our iOS and Android apps, managing file uploads, offline sync, and real-time data synchronization
