This critical role involves leading and managing operational excellence, ensuring timely project delivery, and driving efficiencies across all production processes.

Oversee the entire production lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution, timely delivery per SLAs, and adherence to quality standards. Supervise daily operations, manage workload distribution, optimize resource utilization, and resolve operational bottlenecks.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team (including project managers, analysts, and creatives), fostering accountability and continuous improvement. Manage team productivity, set performance goals, and support hiring, onboarding, and training initiatives.
