What makes the role meaty?
Responsible for designing HR systems & Processes for the workforce of Retail Outlets PAN India e.g.: R&R; Systems, Culture building interventions, Manpower Models, Regular Engagement initiatives.
Driving Pan India Retail HR Projects including org design, variable manpower models, succession planning, rewards & incentive, capacity management, hiring scale up and large-scale org transformation & effectiveness projects
Work closely with the Retail and HR Leadership to develop the HR Strategy for the Retail Organization.
Ensure HR practices comply with legal regulations and organizational policies.
Responsible for identifying Business and People problems and drive appropriate solutions independently.
Facilitate conflict resolution processes to maintain a harmonious work setting
Plan and execute various learning and organizational development initiatives in collaboration with the L&D; Team for the workforce
