What You’ll Do
Plan, launch, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, and other marketplace platforms to drive sales, visibility, and profitability.
Manage and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns to support overall business growth and marketplace performance.
Monitor, analyze, and improve key marketplace performance metrics, including ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, CPC, CTR, CVR, Impression Share, Click Share, Add-to-Cart Rate, Sales Conversion Rate, Organic Ranking, and Revenue.
Track and optimize Meta and Google Ads performance using metrics such as CPM, CPC, CTR,



CVR, ROAS, Hook Rate, and Hold Rate.
Analyze marketplace and paid media performance to identify winning products, keywords, audiences, creatives, and growth opportunities.
Conduct keyword research, bid optimization, audience optimization, and campaign restructuring to improve product visibility and conversions across all platforms.
Share campaign insights, sales trends, and actionable recommendations with the Marketplace Operations, Sales, Acquisition, and Retention teams to improve overall business performance.
Collaborate closely with the Graphic Design, Content, Catalog, and AI Video teams by providing creative briefs, listing improvement suggestions, A+ Content recommendations, banner requirements, product image feedback, and ad creative requirements.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign learnings are reflected in product listings, pricing strategies, landing pages, promotions
