Job Summary:
The ITSM Process Owner for Service Requests and Knowledge Management is responsible for the strategy, governance, design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Service Request
Management and Knowledge Management processes within the ServiceNow platform. This role ensures alignment with ITIL best practices, drives process standardization, enhances user experience, and maximizes platform capabilities to deliver effective, scalable IT services.

Own end-to-end Service Request Management and Knowledge Management processes.
Define, document, and maintain process policies, standards, workflows, and procedures.
Ensure alignment with ITIL frameworks and organizational goals.
Establish and enforce process governance, compliance, and audit readiness.
Serve as the functional lead for ServiceNow modules related to: Service Catalog, Request Fulfillment and Knowledge Management.
