About the People & Culture Lead role
As a People & Culture lead you will be working to head, manage and scale our People function as we continue to grow.



Reporting directly to leadership, you will drive both strategic and operational HR initiatives, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, and organizational development.

You will build scalable HR processes, policies, and systems while fostering a high-performance, people-first culture. As a trusted partner to managers and leadership, you will help shape the employee experience, support business growth, and ensure OMRL continues to attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent.

What will you do?
People Strategy:
Develop and execute an effective people strategy aligned with OMRL's business objectives, growth trajectory, and across the employee lifecycle.
Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, HR initiatives, and headcount forecasting.
Build scalable HR policies, frameworks, and processes that grow with the organization.
