We're looking for an Influencer Acquisition Manager who is passionate about the creator economy, has an eye for identifying high-potential talent, and excels at building long-lasting relationships with creators.

Role Overview
As an Influencer Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and onboarding creators to the agency. You will play a critical role in expanding our talent roster by building relationships with emerging and established influencers across multiple platforms.
You will work closely with the Talent Management, Brand Partnerships, Strategy,



and Operations teams to ensure the agency continues to represent high-quality creators who align with our business objectives and client requirements.

Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Discovery & Acquisition
Identify emerging and established creators across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Moj, Josh, ShareChat, and other digital platforms.
Research creators across various content categories and niches.
Continuously monitor creator trends and identify high-growth influencers before competitors.
Build a solid acquisition pipeline of creators across different follower segments.
Evaluate creators based on audience quality, engagement, brand safety, content quality, and commercial potential.

Creator Outreach & Relationship Building
Initiate conversations with creators through email, Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Build strong relationships with creators, managers, and agencies.
Understand creators' career goals and position the agency's
