As part of the Production Control Group Automation (PCGA), you will design and
develop automation solutions to support production operations.
This will involve creating dashboards/UI, test frameworks for functional tests,
order-sending for pilot trading, AI/LLM-driven solutions along with other
automation tools to improve observability, reliability and streamline the
production control processes.
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics or
Mathematics.
* 2-5 years of experience in software engineering with hands-on experience in
software development, tooling & automation
* Proficiency in Python in a Linux-based environment.
* Experience with UI/UX frameworks and best practices.
* Eagerness to continuously learn current technologies and develop with us.
* Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have:
* Experience in the Capital Markets domain and Funds management.
* Knowledge of C++ and kdb+/q
* Experience with CI/CD practices.
* Understanding of AI/LLM (tokené&ization;, prompts, etc.), frameworks (OpenAI,
LangChain, etc.) and tools (vector db, RAG pipelines)
