Role Description The Commission Sales Associate is a part time, hybrid role based in Mysore, with some work-from-home flexibility. This role involves identifying and qualifying potential clients, conducting outreach through calls, messages, email, and social platforms, and presenting Admark Digitals’ services in a clear and consultative manner. The associate will schedule and attend client meetings,



coordinate with the technical team to understand offerings, and follow up consistently to move prospects through the sales pipeline. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking tools, preparing basic proposals or quotes with guidance, and meeting agreed-upon sales and activity targets. Compensation is commission-based, linked to successful deals and revenue generated.
Qualifications
Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills, with the ability to understand client needs and match them to appropriate digital solutions.
Effective communication and presentation abilities, including clear spoken and written English and confidence in client-facing interactions.
