What We Are Looking For

7–12 years of hands-on experience in Technical SEO, SaaS Product SEO, and Organic Growth.
Minimum 4–5 years of experience managing SEO teams and leading large-scale SEO initiatives.
Experience working in AI, SaaS, B2B Software, Product-Led Growth (PLG), or Digital Marketing companies.
Strong expertise in Technical SEO, website architecture, crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and enterprise SEO.
Proven experience in Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
Hands-on experience optimizing websites for AI-powered search platforms including ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, and Microsoft Copilot.




Experience building and executing enterprise-level SEO strategies for SaaS products.
Strong knowledge of semantic SEO, entity SEO, topical authority, programmatic SEO, and content clustering.
Experience managing SEO roadmaps, KPIs, budgets, vendor coordination, and cross-functional projects.
Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Looker Studio, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, and other enterprise SEO tools.
Experience collaborating with Engineering, Product, Marketing, Design, and Content teams.
Robust leadership, stakeholder management, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
Experience mentoring, hiring, and developing high-performing SEO teams.
Ability to drive organic traffic, qualified leads, and business growth through scalable SEO strategies.
