About the Role
Are you passionate about helping students achieve their dream of studying abroad? We are looking for an experienced and student-focused Senior Study Abroad Counsellor to guide prospective students through their international education journey, with a primary focus on UK, USA, and Germany. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of admissions, visa processes, and university selection while delivering an exceptional counselling experience.

Key Responsibilities
· Provide expert counselling to students aspiring to pursue higher education in the UK, USA, and Germany, while supporting other study destinations as needed.




· Conduct detailed student profile evaluations and recommend suitable universities, courses, and career pathways.
· Guide students through the entire admissions process, including applications, documentation, SOP review, and offer management.
· Support students with visa planning, documentation, and application processes.
· Stay up to date with university admission requirements, scholarship opportunities, and immigration regulations.
· Build and maintain solid relationships with students, parents, universities, and partner institutions.
· Conduct counselling sessions, webinars, seminars, and outreach activities to drive student engagement.
· Monitor conversion rates and work towards assigned enrolment targets.
· Mentor and support junior counsellors as needed.
· Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-up with students throughout the application cycle.
