Internship Duration: 3–6 Months (Extendable based on performance)
We're looking for a detail-oriented Operations Intern to join our Platform Operations team. If you enjoy working with data, Excel, and backend operations while ensuring accuracy and process excellence, we'd love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities
Upload and manage learner, course, and program data on internal platforms.
Perform regular data validation and quality checks.
Maintain learner records and platform configurations.
Identify and resolve data discrepancies with internal stakeholders.
Manage trackers, documentation, and operational reports.
Support bulk data uploads, migrations, and platform operations.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely task completion.
Follow SOPs and maintain high-quality operational standards.





What We're Looking For
Recent graduate or final-year student (BBA, B.Com, BCA, Business Administration, Operations, Commerce, Computer Applications, or related fields).
Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Good written and verbal communication.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Prior internship in Operations, MIS, Data Management, or Backend Operations is a plus.
