We're looking for a Biz Dev/Client Partnerships Intern who enjoys building relationships, communicating with people, and helping businesses bring their ideas to life. This role sits at the intersection of client communication, project coordination, and business development, making it a excellent opportunity for someone who wants to understand how a creative agency grows.

What you'll do
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients throughout their projects
Track Ad Metrics, Curate Proposals, Update Lead CRM Tools
Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams
Attend client meetings, document discussions, and ensure action items are followed up
Understand client requirements and communicate them clearly to designers, developers, and strategists
Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and project documentation




Conduct introductory discovery calls with prospective clients to understand their business needs
Follow up with inbound leads and schedule consultation meetings
Assist the founders during client pitches and presentations
Track project progress and keep clients informed with regular updates
Maintain organized records of client interactions and project status

Who we're looking for

Confident speaking with clients over calls, meetings, and email
Strong organizational and time management skills
Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented
Comfortable managing multiple conversations and projects simultaneously
Curious about branding, marketing, and business
